Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.

How to Return an Item
Returns must be sent by mail. To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@healeaze.com. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.

Shipping & Return Label
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking Fees.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

 

Exclusion: Vitamins, Supplements & Consumables

Due to health, safety, and regulatory compliance, all sales of vitamins, dietary supplements, and other consumable goods are final and non-returnable. We are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges for these categories under any circumstances.
